I want to buy a flash bracket

Can anyone help me? I want to buy the Olympus flash bracket FL-BK01 for my UZi. What's a good place to get one without paying an arm and a leg. I also need the PC flash cable. I figure once I get those two things, I can search for a flash that I like. I won't even look at flashes until I can test them out. I tried on ebay, but just got outbid and frustrated.

Any suggestions? Either local in Southern California, or online.

Note, if you are going to buy any flash other than the Olympus FL-40 or Metz flashes, you don't need the FL-BK01 bracket. I don't like the Olympus bracket because I think it is an example of price gouging by Olympus, and it is an L-shaped bracket. For that kind of money, you should be able to get a bracket that positions the flash directly over the lens. At the moment, I am using the Stoboframe Stoboflip bracket myself, which has the benefit that it is small enough that I keep the camera on the bracket at all times, and just attach the flash as needed.

I think you should decide on the flash first and then the bracket. I use a Vivitar medium format bracket that is really well made and is very flexible. I got it on E-Bay for $50.00. With it I use the Vivitar 285 flash.

I also have the FL40 but you will need to get the Oly bracket if you want to use it on the UZI in TTL

Just saw this on E-Bay. It is the same one I have both for my UZI and E-10. This is a really good price the bracket is almost indestructible and has many options for positioning the flash.
