Home challenge - is it where your toys are.

Oh dear - dead last in the "Home" challenge. I guess voters don't think people live on Yachts. Thats what I dreamed!
Or maybe it's a bad shot.

Wow..........a sunset shot won. How unusual again.

Tony......Your shot. Not great. Helicopter kinda blends with the buildings on the island in the background, shadow on the bow of the boat a little distracting, also.......add in the subject matter, a boat, in a challenge that is obviously gonna favour buildings, so ya kinda hit yourself in the nuts from the get go.

What were you expecting ?

Thanks Bart your comments are of course correct but I have reached the stage where I always look for something different for each challenge. France or cityscapes yield Paris, Eifel tower and NY from the Rock. I like to show something different but I suppose people don't dream of living on a boat - how neat it would be with that helicopter.

Someone once told me that sunsets are the ultimate photographic cliche, sounds as though you may agree.
