It may be Friday outside, but it my heart its Thursday...

Welcome! To the Slovak National Theatre!

Shot made possible by fountains not functioning and no wind blowing.

The lady in black - is she a contribution to this shot or should've asked her to "relocate"? :)

A perfect refection Robiro! Except indeed the 'black widow'. :)

It's Lago dit Tenno actually, not far from Lake Garda in Italy.
Taken with my FZ18, ISO 100. 1/400s, f5.6

The Camera Obscura is in the top of the Observatory; hand crank, very mechanical job that projects in total darkness into a big silvered bowl that produces a Victorian Era video of Brunel's Suspension Bridge (and after a bit of cranking) a fine view of the wildlife in the bushes on a fine evening. It is about 200 ft drop down to the River Avon.

This one is a stitch-up of several images taken above the Durdham Downs in Bristol. Looking towards the Avon Gorge. The bridge is in the far left top of the photo.

All taken from a LX3 dangling from a bit of string under a kite - stitching is a bit difficult because of the wambly wind effect on the kite.

We only have lakes here in Slovakia. But I tell ya! Sea is better... :)

Nice bridge! Nice countryside!

But next time schedule your flight little bit earlier so that you don't have sun too close to the horizon... :)

It is coming. The autumn is coming. Not particularly happy, are we? :)

Very nice!
Cheers

Unfortunately, sometimes, instead of changing cameras to get good pictures, you have to change the photographer.

True! I see that wherever you go you take the clouds with you... :)
