A few more Fish Market candids

Super pictures Phil. Great subject/background separation.

I'm an ichthyovore but not a fetishist. Nice joke, though. ;) And nice working portraits too.

Simple "organic" and therefore beautiful work. Real nice BW pictures.
Thanks

May I ask what gear you're using here?

Agree with most of the comments. The majority of the subjects are engaging, the exposure and B&W conversion are well done. I few (hopefully) constructive comments:

1) The framing of the second and fourth shot are too tight and clip the main subjects, particularly so on the second image

2) There are a number of distracting elements in the first image: someone's leg along the right edge, and more importantly, a person in a bright white shirt in the background. On any photo our eyes are drawn to the brightest area, particularly so on B&W photos. In this image my eyes tend to slide past your intended subject and onto the blurry bright spot in the background.

Thanks for the feedback, BoyOhBoy - I'm just starting with the street photography and it's all a learning curve, so your comments are very welcome.
