Compact Flash -- Which media is fastest for Canon S45

Hi

I will be picking up my Canon S45 Today, and I was wondering what the fastest 256 Mb card is?

How does the 256 Ultra Compact Flash compare to the other brands. I hate all this talk of 6x,16x,24x. You usually do not know what to compare it to. J&R has it for $129 + 30 rebate which ends Today (Nov. 30, 02)

I want the fastest card to allow me the most shots in a minimum time frame.

Is there anything else to consider?

Try the Transcend 256MB 25x CF Card.
Write speed is 3.5MB/s, Read speed is 5.0MB/s.
REAL 25x ultra performance!

You're picking up your Canon S45 today? If so, are you from the United States? If so, does it come with Canon USA warranty. If so, please tell me of this store. I thought the US release date is Dec 10th. thanks.
