What's the best and most confortable and reliable strap to carry the E3/E5.

Since I have been using it, I mind the weight of a camera far less than previously.
 
I like the Op/Tech Super Classic Strap. Their Quick Disconnect system makes it a very versatile choice: easy to switch from conventional neck straps to wrist straps, sling straps, etc. It's also nice if you use multiple bodies and don't want to keep separate straps attached to each one.

Though I've never owned one, I've long thought the Domke straps were very appealing too.
 
I use a Crumpler strap--huge difference over the Oly strap. When I'm out for the long haul, I wear an REI day pack that has loops on the hip belt--I then hook the Tripod mount onto the loop--with my neck strap around my neck--but the hip belt takes 90% of the weight. I can hike all day even with a bigma on the E5 and the weight is neglible.

Op-tech wrist strap-very comfy neoprene which makes one feel secure when using monopod or just walking around!
 
To add to whatever strap is the strongest, I suggest that you cut off an an arm of an old sweater and putting the strap through to prevent chaffing of the skin and burn if the strap slips a little- helps quite a bit for hours of being on your neck. Strong string or whatever to hold both ends to the end of the strap.
 
I'll thank everyone who has contributed to the subject. I've made my choice and ordered the blackrapid RS-5 and also some stuf from Optech.

The Y-Strap provides quit different experience. It is comfortable even with heavier combos.

Actually it may be more secure against theft than most straps. The metal pin clicks solidly into position and cannot be removed unless the small release tab is lifted. The only straps which are really secure are those which have a cable inside the strap to guard against a quick cut with a knife.

I see that OP has already made a decision but I figured I would address your specific question anyway. B-)
