Nations Photo Lab

Has anyone had experience with Nations Photo Lab with them doing "Metallic Prints"?

I would like to know the same thing...

I have been using Nations Photo Lab. I am quite pleased with their metallic prints. Their price is good and orders completed quickly and shipped well packaged. Their ROES Pro software has a "evaluation package" where you can order up to 5 8x10 prints for only $7 shipping. They will send you color corrected and non color corrected prints on gloss and luster. I recently tried Nations Photo Lab for the first time and I cannot recommend them. I had a non-standard print size so I called them to find out how to submit it correctly. What I received was my print with 2.25" cropped off both sides. Yikes! Called them and walked thru the order. This rep told me I should have submitted it differently than what the first rep stated. That's confusing. I asked for a refund on the botched print job but they refused so I will go back to my other lab (Mpix). Although their prices are good, the prints arrive rolled & their processing times are slow.
