Hi guys,

i need some advice to take a desicion about equipment. In a few month i go to Colombia to work with a ONG as a photographer, i always use Canon and i would like to continue with the brand.

I can´t go with a lot of equipment, so, i need only one camera body and no more than 2 lenses.
Can you help me with the desicion?
appreciate comments from people who have done similar work.
thank you so much to every one.

You've got a paid gig and you don't know what gear to take? I wish I had half your luck mate...

Still, you came here for help, not grief, so I'd be taking a wide zoom 10-20 or so, and a 70-200. Maybe a TC if I could squeeze one in. And a basic 35 (for 1.5 crop) or 50 (for FF) for when the expensive lenses break. Body, pick your favourite.

And I'd be taking Nikon.

Rob,

i was very hit with your answer, please, if you don´t have any intension of make a nice and professional comment, please don´t do it.

And for your information, this is a no paid job, is only for an urgent need of help other people for free.

Paid or unpaid, I gave you a list of what I'd take.

You will probably get better advice by posting in one of the appropriate Canon DSLR forums. This forum is set up for point and shoot/compact cameras.
