A35 has 16,5/16,2 MP and much better heat resistance

batery life from 290 in A33 to 460 in A35 in VF mode and in lcd mode 480 pictures, without flash

Looks like upgrade in all areas except fps

I heard it has no flip/tilt LCD?!

No not for sure, but more MP's could mean lower fps if not the
camera overall is upgraded and can process the more data as fast as 14 MP's.
Fever RAW images in the buffer also maybe.
But the 16 MP sensor got something that is more important for some
people, that is better dynamic range. If it is the same sensor as in the A580,
Nikon D7000, D5100 and Pentax K5.

Very nice if the heating "issue" is solved, and better battery (more images).

Looks like the lack of a movable LCD screen will be the differentiating factor between the A3x and A5x series.

Personally, I think this sucks. I would take the swivel LCD over the 16MP sensor.

Looks like now is the time to get your A33 before they're no longer available!!

I wonder if the A5x/A7x (or whatever they'll be called) will also offer anything like the High Res Panoramas or 50/60p video now available on their P&S cameras. The latter would be great for smooth slow motion shots in a 25/30p video project.

I can't read the CZ manuals, but from the common English names, numbers and terms in there, I don't see any reference to anything like the above in the manuals the the A35 or NEX-C3.

Dealbreaker for me.

The czech manual download site comes up as "untrusted site" on my browser, is this where they confirm no flip LCD?
