Amazon & B&H Shipping Updates

I pre-ordered from Amazon on Feb 19 and just got an email saying the camera was coming May 4 or 5.

Also chatted with B&H today and the customer service person said cameras on their way to them, would probably get there within a week and they would ship right away. I gave them my order number before they told me this. I ordered from them on March 15.

Sorry if I should have posted this in another thread. This is my first time posting anything.

I had ordered from amazon on Feb 18th and I also have a delivery estimate of May 5 with overnight shipping.

Interestingly, when amazon's email arrived this afternoon telling me my X100 will arrive Friday, I went to amazon.com and it showed the X100 in stock and available for immediate purchase. Now it shows not available. Strange.

I saw that as well and ended up ordering it. Said it would ship out on the 4th. I called to make sure it was right and the guy had no clue what was going on. 30 minutes later, no camera and they can't explain what happened.

Looked 1 minute ago; says in stock again...sold and shipped by amazon.

Just placed my order (again). Hopefully all goes well this time. I don't think they're shipping till the 4th though because I chose one day shipping and it's estimated to be delivered by the 5th.

Bummer. I leave for a mini vacation on the 5th. I should probably just choose the free shipping method if it doesn't ship by tomorrow.
