Another fan of the dramatic filter I see. I have to admit it can get addictive - and since you can capture RAW at the same time - why not play around :)

My niece can tell you why it's not a good idea to play around with it. I took a few photos of her with the filter on, just to play with it, as you said. Her face looked like she had been beaten up and soot smeared on her. When I showed her the results she kept wiping her face, trying to get it off. (she's 11) I finally showed her one without the filter and told her what I had done. Let's just say a good laugh was had by half of the two of us.
