Give EZPrints.com a try. They can print up to 20x30" prints and provide a good, fast service.

I've been trying a couple of different labs and ezprints has been about the best overall I've found so far; easy to set up, upload to, select print sizes (etc). Using their cheapest shipping method (priority mail I think), I usually get prints 2-3 business days after I submit the order. I prefer the matte paper over the glossy, but the prints are cheap enough to try a couple for future reference.

I too like EZprints. They also accept TIFF format files, though the upload time even with DSL can be long...
Their base shipping is regular US mail, but the photos are well packaged in heavy cardboard envelopes. They moved their operation to the Atlanta area recently, so regular shipping is virtually next-day. Usual turnaround time is they print your order the next business day and frequently get it shipped that day. So if you upload/order your prints on a Monday night, there's a good chance they'll ship Tuesday afternoon.
