Why did you have to pay - Had the guarantee expired??

Which customer service did you speak to - Netherlands?

I live in Finland and have an E100 (firmware 73) which I want to get updated. Olympus service in the UK deny that there is newer firmware. Did you just return your camera to Olympus in the Netherlands, and did they forward it to Portugal??

question form a newbie (to the E-100, not Olympus--I own two OM bodies and a parcel of lenses and a C-2100)--how can you check the firmware . . .

just got a refurbed E-100 from Oly Emporium and am overall quite pleased (more later)--assuming it shipped with 77 firmware . . .

I've got Photoshop 7.0 for Mac and when i check EXIF data I don't see anything that helps me figure out which firmware my UZI is running... Anybody that can help me?

In the windows version, it's listed as the 8th line down, as 'Software'.
