Scorpions, I get these little creatures in my house / yard all the time. Catch them with a black light and pair of needle nose pliars.

thank god we dont have any scary animals over here in finland ;) you must be an aussie or something?

nice, so you shot that with what? and i presume you didnt have any glass inbetween the camera and the spider?

Well you asked for comments so I'll try and be nice :-). It's not the shots but how you go about getting these wonderful creatures that worry me. I'm a nature freak and like nature shots as nature is. Sorry but that's just me and how I feel.

How about taking some under natural condition's and posting them up here. Just all IMHO.

Danny.

Love the grass hoppers Bob and the mating flies ;-)). Good details.

The comments to this post Bob are just my personal views only. Everyone is different and thats fair enough. Just that I love nature as is. Selfish really I guess.

Keep them coming Bob, going great and would like to see more.

I get them in my house so it's fair game to me. Phoenix Arizona, there's a million + here in the desert. I can't keep them out of the house ...

I've never stepped on one in the middle of the night but it's coming.

I catch them with surgical forceps by the tail, they can't drag it around so they become stationary.
