The 20-50mm clear than 18-55mm

Is the 20-50mm lens on the NX100 more Clear and betre than the 18-55mm lens

I think becouse no image stablizer on the 20-50mm could make it more clear than the 18-55mm lens what you think

You can turn off OIS on the 18-55 if you like.
