Turning photo into cartoon

I was able to contact Lynda who made the image Moulin-Rouge - cartoon that RHodge posted the link too.
She wrote a tutorial for me and I made an PhotoShop action from that tutorial.

You can view my samples and get her tutorial and my action on my Cartoons from Images page.

Don't know if it is just me but the action you gave a link for will not download for me, it is just a bunch of writing.
 
The set is on the way. They're not my actions but some that I collected and put into one set.

Try right clicking and use save as or save target as depending on oyur browser tpye..

Hi Dennis;

I just stumbled across this interesting little thread you guys have started here and I can think of several things I would like to try with this cartoon thing you guys are doing. I don't have a clue where to start here except I tried the first download offered but If you don't mind I sure would like to get your slant on this. May I have what you're passing out also? I surely would be most grateful.
