Bill.
You're taking this still life contest far too seriously.
You are not allowed to electrocute yourself and take a pphoto on time-lapse.
Seriously, be careful, it sounds like your PC is out to get you.

Hi Dave!

I'm sorry, but I'm spoiled rotten with my ADSL connection, its
almost heaven.

Meantime, if you go back to pbase you may chosse to load this mage
in the following sizes:

small: 160 x 120
medium: 400 x 300
large: 800 x 600
original: 2048 x 1536
hey dave,

after you download a picture, at the bottom of it are usually the choices for size. choose the sized you want, the picture will reload at that size, and future pictures should always load at the last size chosen.

Er, I think some idiot chose still life already.

As regards posting, go the Minolta Forum page. At the top right you will find where it says: 'Rules/Help' Click on that and you will find instructions.

Basically, you set up somewhere to post ( I use pbase, it's free ) And type in the URL in your posting here and it will appear as a link.
If you pay pbase any links you make will appear as an image here.
Look forward to seeing your shots,

Have anyone of you ever looked into the visitor statistics of dpreview:

Region % Visitor sessions

North America 62.2 %
Western Europe 15.8 %
Asia 11.2 %
Northern Europe 3.2 %
Australia 2.0 %
Eastern Europe 1.0 %
Rest 3.6 %

Sorry, it has nothing to do with our "Fun" topic, just though it might be interesting to see.

Thats why I mentioned I'm looking forward to guys and friends from America to post overnight, because I think right now they are out for shooting. :-)))

Really gotta say good night to all.

Ferenc.

It's so nice we have a thread going that has nothing to do with CCD noise and camera comparisons.

I'm noticing beer is now becoming a dominant theme. Nothing wrong with that!

Let's keep those still lifes coming!
