HI all,

I received my Voigtlander 25/0,95 last week. I didn't take a lot of pictures yet, but here are some samples taken with Voigtlander 50/1,1 , 25/0,95 and Pana 20/1,7

Impossible to compare the corners with these pictures but the center of the CV 25/0,95 seems very sharp if I stop down a little bit.

Hope it can help for your choices

Thanks for the comparison shots. There are differences in exposure, but to me the 20mm kicks ass in detail even at f/1.8 on the 50mm, or 1.4 the 25mm. Now the crop for the 20mm shows more of the frame, and this is again kudos to the 20mm, but it's not clear exactly how cropping was done...

I plan to get a fast (1.4), AF capable, in the 45-60mm range prime. f/1.0 basically doubles the price (at how much glass there is in these apertures range), not really worth for me the extra stop. And I do have the 20mm, a nearby decent 25mm would be rarely used (Cosina)... and the 50mm from Noktor is too poor at fast apertures.
