This follows on the earlier thread; hope to get their attention.

DPReview is still dead slow this morning (Houston, 8:45 am CST). I click a link and it is six seconds before a post loads.

Never had an issue before.
 
Slow here, U.K. and it's never been slow for me for years, with a 6 second pause, usually it's not much more than 1 or 2. Other sites are OK. All browsers affected the same. I tried rebooting my router which has been up for months with a very stable ADSL line, no effect there either. Speed test sites give normal results.
 
Ditto here. Cleared cache, virus scan, reboot. Other sites fine, DPReveiw still feeble. Hope they are aware of the problem.
 
Same here, Tyler, TX. DPR has been slow for a few days now. It used to be right snappy, but now loads a post real slow, and if there are photos in the post it is even slower.

Same as others have said, tried restarting computer to no avail, speed tests are fine, other sites are fast as ever. Getting frustrating.

We think we've got to the bottom of its and it should now be fixed.

Yep, big difference. May be as snappy as before, will keep evaluating.

For the last hour or so it seems unbearably slow again....
 
Lightning fasts here now.
 
My thanks to the staff personnel who corrected the situation. Much appreciated.

I stopped using firefox to use this site. Chrome runs it about 10 times faster. Scrolling the page in ff, is very glitchy and jumpy. Very annoying. For whatver reason. Chrome gives a much better experience here. FF was so bad in fact, I would avoid this site from that browser know how bad it was.
 
Still slow in CH on FF and chrome. btw: i have a very slow internet too. one can work with it.
