I have to admire all of you guys who had the courage to rush out and buy the defective 717's and subsequently, discover the focus problems. You are the people who make sure everything works properly for the rest of us. Like test pilots you bolster consumer confidence and indirectly strengthen the economy. You helped stamp out DLS and BFS in the previously released 707. Because of you, I was able to purchase a trouble free camera. You all should be proud of your accomplishments. After all where would we be without crash test dummies! LOL

I've often meant to ask, what sort of person would rush off and PRE-order a camera that's just been announced. I just don't get it :-), but then someone has to be first. Just glad it will never be me LOL. I think I would wait at least 6-9 month's.

Keep them coming, love the way you think, you make STF worth visiting :-)), hahahaha.
