Had our first snow yesterday so I took the D90 and my new 35mm 1.8 out for a road test. Let me know what you think. Straight out of the camera with no adjustments and all wide open. I think I'm gonna keep this little gem.

Note that you need to click on the first image to see the full picture and therefore the composition. All I've done really is applied the basic law/rule of thirds, which isn't a hard and fast rule, but does seem to make a lot of shots more aesthetically pleasing to the eye rather than having your subject bang in the middle...

Hey Angry I'm very aware of the 1/3 rule. The real purpose of the post was to show the capabilities of the lens and my excitement to put it to use. :) I do appreciate the helpful links.
