S45 Import/safe to buy?

I purchased an s45 from EDC Photo via the web. Seemed tio be very
reputable (reseller ratings). Worked with me on price.
http://www.edc-group.biz Communicated well. Always one step ahead with
information. Camera shipped when promised, and arrived in 3 days.
No import duties. Camera itself and manual are in English. If I
need warranty work, camera must go back to them to send in to
CanonHK.
Warranty from CanonHK was a special 15 months. I feel veery
comfortable with my purchase.

charger works in the US, etc. I did buy the third-party warranty,
because even with the warranty it is cheaper than ordering it from
another country.

So far I love the camera.
