For the last several years there has been a summer exhibition of sand sculptures on the Danish west coast. This years topic was, I think, Egyptian mythology. Some days before I visited a heavy rain storm had damaged some of the figures. Not this one, though.

I know it has uses, but not for me.
I like the NEXes, but they are too small for my hands.

If it weren't for the bridge in the background (and perhaps even with it) you get a feeling of a place where time has been and gone again.

You sure managed to get some snow in the last couple of days. It was just about to start, I think, when I was in the UK last weekend.

Taken a couple years ago in our area of Michigan. A very frostly morning.

Max 7D and 24-105 Minolta zoom. Over sharpen but so what it's Winter.
