Nicely done Bill. Majestic they are.

Thanks, Dave. I had just watched National Geographic's Most Incredible Photos 2010.

It has a video showing how they shot a sequoia from top to bottom with several cameras travelling up and down exposure bracketing for a total of 84 frames and then putting them all together for final photo. Incredible. That was what inspired me to post the shot.

Nice colors indeed, very saturated, I'll have to get my hands on a CP too one of these days.

PS: Don't know on your monitor, but on mine it's a bit too dark and contrasty

Do you have a HD Monitor?
Yes I did do it a little on the dark side and yes maybe a tad too saturated.

I don't often come to the Sony forums because I don't own a Sony camera, but after a long break, I come in and see users actually showing photos and galleries! Thank you! Pentax, Nikon, Canon - they are all about arguing spec and low-light performance. This forum is a breath of fresh air.

Very majestic tree, yes!

You are welcome and I' glad you enjoyed viewing it. Yes quite a while ago there were always arguments about people posting photos here. Well it seems standard now, and we can still debate photography here too.
