Advice to choose an SDHC Card for Canon 60D

Im reading about some speed diferences about SDHC cards, Class 6 and Class 10.
A class 6 will be fast enough for a Canon 60D (especific for photos, no video) ?
Or should I get a Class 10?

Anyone uses a Transcend card? Its good? Its a lot cheaper than other brands.

I use a class 6 and class 10 Transcend in my 550D and to be honest cant tell the difference. Both have been faltless.

I am told that the Transcend cards are cheaper because the tend to fail quicly in some applications of sd cards, specifically using them as boot devices for small computers (linux development boards and the like). I have murdered a Veho Class 6 myself using it as the boot device on a linux computer (failed in a week).

This makes no difference to us as cameras write to the cards in bursts and don't put much strain on the card.

I've ordered a Transcend Class 10 for my 550D
