Choosing a 23-27" monitor

I currently have a Mac Mini with LR3 installed, which is connected to a 46" Samsung LCD TV. I intend to move it to another room, and need a monitor primarily for photo work, but should also have connections for video, possible use with a PC, etc. I'm looking at something in the 23-27" range, matte display, good color reproduction, versatile, and good value. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply. Those are both a little more than I wanted to spend, at this point. I found a LaCie 324 on eBay for less than $500, which seemed to get pretty good reviews. I'll see how that works out. I'm sure it'll be better than the cheap 22" Dell or LCD TV I have, now. If I don't like it, I should be able to resell for about the same money.
