I am from Indian and D7000 is yet to be released here. With the release of new model, can we expect any price drop for D90?

D90 - Can we expect any price drop?

I dont think so. Because of the price differrence - D90 is still a very good camera for about 50% of the price of D7000. But it is only my presonal opinion.

I am thinking that price drop should be.
Nikon has to keep pase with Cannon eos t1i and t2i. That cameras have same or better parameters and cost less.

Nikon always reduces their prices on older camers. Wait if you want, you may save a couple of hundred dollars.
