Boring grey is on again.They aren't going to say bad things about companies that pay them....ever.
The best place to get a review is where the company doesn't get pre-release cameras, and where there are no, or few camera manufacturer ads.
Actually, individuals are the best sources of reviews.

Guys, dpreview is FREE to use. The guy has to make some money. If the Canon advert is ugly, than do not blame dpreview, just don't buy Canon equipment!

My sarcometer today is having real trouble.
The only good feature it has. An articulating screen. The red tries to get your attention which it does, but the camera is a dud, wonder if anyone will fall for this after seeing the D7000.

It's not your site, you don't pay a membership fee, they can do what ever they want. Maybe Canon i spaying them an advertisement fee to do this, who knows.
A way better ad. They were way hotter than that boring 60D in the upper right hand corner. Every time I refreshed I'd get an image of a new barely-legal young hottie in a t-shirt!

Seriously. It took me like 10 seconds to accomplish that task.
I'm glad for this ad because it exposes the total weenies who also have no common sense capability with web browsers. It's a wonder they don't choke to death on their mice.

Nah, you obviously missed it. Yesterday the entire website was taken over by a garish red 60D advert, and I was afraid it was here to stay. Thankfully someone saw sense!
