It's beginning to definitely feel like Fall.

The leaves are falling, brown leaves and the air is cooler in the morning and at night.

Here is son waiting for the bus.
Pro1
1/80s f/3.5 at 50.8mm iso50 RAW

The rest are from the 350D and the 50mm f1.4 lens this past Saturday.

(needed something that would take fast action and in the bright contrasty sunlight)

Sand art at the Art Festival
1/800s f/5.6 at 50.0mm iso200

Sweet soap
1/800s f/5.6 at 50.0mm iso200

JD 1925 Spoker D at the Buxmont Two-Cylinder show
1/500s f/4.5 at 50.0mm iso200

Tractor pull
1/800s f/5.6 at 50.0mm iso200

(this background, I did pp blur abit more cause I realized I chopped the one head off)

and at the Univest Grand Prix,
the next to last lap of the race
1/1600s f/8.0 at 50.0mm iso400 RAW

While there were lots of press with their Canon/Nikons and big lens, I found my legs to be the best zoom.

and the winner of the race, from Sweden
Jonas Ahlstrand
1/3200s f/11.0 at 50.0mm iso400

Hank,
Yes both growing too big and son is almost as tall as me. ):

At times son has no smile, too serious so when he does... it is that perpetual smile. (had to look that one up ;)

Have a great day Hank and thanks for comments.

Very nice, Sue Anne!

I had to check the EXIF from that first one to make sure it was from the Pro1, LoL.

Ed,
That tractor attracted my attention to because of the wheels.
It reminded me of the Amish that take the rubber wheels and put steel in place.

Here's what I could find out about the JD Spoker D

I like the 1925 John Deere, nice color, it looks like it belongs in a museum. I am guessing that it is a machine that digs a shallow trench in the ground for planting.

LOL John,

You didn't believe me, hmmm.

The morning sun is usually not good for portraits but this was a different kind of light so I chanced it. (:

The Pro1 still ticks on, sort of like an Energize bunny.

Have a great evening!

That is an interesting site with those old tractors. This tractor also has spikes on the wheels.

Cool tractor, it was the era of the steel spikes on the tractors. Who'd know they become collectors. (:

Richard,
Thanks you for your nice words.

I just enjoy taking what I see and seeing the results and feel fortunate we are able to have such technology to do so. (:

At times I wish I had this when my daughter was born as I missed lots more picture opportunities with just film...

Have a great day and keep up your fine work, I think Canon is lucky to have your excellent engineership to correct many Canon details. (That and Lensmate. :) )
