I have a shoot in vegas at the end of the month. I have to take 4 dynalite strobes, two dymalite packs, 4 light stands, multiple soft boxes. shooting for three days. I bought a Pelican case for the strobes and packs. I bought a case for the four stands. I spoke with the airline and they said my equipment is within limits. I plan on checking them in at the airport. It is a non-stop flight. My other option is ups or fedex. How many times have fedex and ups lost a package on me? More than once.
