what is adobe elements 2 serial nos? pls help. thanks

Hi

I misplaced the serial no of the software to launch the program.

Anyone who owns elements 2 is able to help? I am stuck, have the software but no serial no

You can call Adobe and explain the situation to them, and they will reissue to you the info that you need. I am unsure as to whether they charge for it. But it's a better option than asking a user here for their serial number, which belongs uniquely to the owner.

i'm sorry to disappoint you, but no it is not universal. i believe that having different serial numbers is the only way they make money. you should contact the manufacturer, they may be able to supply you with a replacement serial number. although you might have to provide them with some isbn numbers. good luck to you!

DO what I do.......

I have a place I keep ALL my software serial numbers.... in one place, written down for retrieval for just this sort of situation or a variation of.

If you do this, you will never be in this position again.

I trust you are not just a software pirate, looking for a serial number to pirated software.....

but you wouldn't do such a thing, I can tell. It's illegal and you can get intoa heap of trouble!!!

It's honest people like you Adobe will be glad to help over the phone.....

No, I'm sorry, a manufacturer is not going to customize every copy of its software to match a certain number. The truth is, every serial number is interchangeable with every copy of the same version software.

Now, what Ulysses meant was that if you call Adobe, they can verify your ownership of the software and provide you with the serial number. That is, if you originally registered your product with them.

Honestly though, this seems like nothing more than a pathetic attempt to eke the serial number for a pirated product out of unsuspecting people. I apologize in advance if that is not the case, but I have never seen an instance where it wasn't.

Hi, what happen was that the disk in the drive being put in by one of my family members, but the whole box was missing, misplace. couldnt find it.

Wow, you are making me sound like a software pirate. i am not. For your information, pirated software will provide the serial nos as well. Dont like imitation.
