Can anyone recommend a specific camera bag that will hold the f707? I'm not interested in a lot of extra storage - basically I want something small and light that can hold the camera and charger that can get banged around a little. Thanks!

LowePro Nova 1 has just enough space and padding for the charger and camera in the main part of the bag. Front pockets hold filters (for IR) and extra battery.

I love my Crumpler bag:

It fits the 7*7 perfectly and has enough space for a flash and a few filters. I also find it less likely to get stolen because it doesn't look like a typicall camera bag.

I read this post earlier and went to my Best Buy to check it out. Both the Nova 1 and Nova Mini will hold the 7x7, AC adapter and sticks. Beyond that the Nova 1 has the advantage. Here, the Mini is 25 bucks, the 1 30.

I got the Nova 1, just so I can tote around everything if I need to. :)

I got mine at Best Buy. Try bhphoto.com, very reputable and a decent price.

I use a Tamrac holster-style I got from Wolf Camera. I like it because it's well-padded but light, and about the size of my 707 with a little room for the strap. It's more like a camera case in form than a bag, fitting to the camera's basic shape but not tight fitting. There's a small pouch outside for a few filters, and a zippered pocked in lid for memory sticks and my poofy air blower/brush. It can be worn on a belt or if you're hiking as a chest harness deal. I esp like it because it's small enough that I can drop it in a women's oversize black shoulder bag; this gives me the best of both worlds--camera is both padded and disguised.

This is the one I use: http://www.tamrac.com/welcome.htm

I was in Big Lots store today and saw a perfect compact bag for the 7X7. It a perfect fit and comes with a separate padded bottom and a movable velcro pad that allows for extra battery and lens-pen cloth filters storage.. The flap has a mesh zippered pocket for the cards. Another zippered section on the front holds my external flash perfectly.
Now I don't have to take that big bulky bag with me all the time.

Trust me, I'm am a bit cheap, love to save a buck too, but I know a good value when I see one.
