please help change background

My brother have this shot of us with our father before he became ill. can someone lend us your skills and change the background and/or do necessary edit/enhancements? thank you so much. We will choose which photo to put on a wall frame for our parents to see.

Here is my rough go… and I mean rough…the light is wrong on the faces but it may give you some ideas.

Good job moving the guy on the right (looks like Howie Mandel, doesn't he?), but now he looks like he's got his hand up Mom's blouse! ;-)

I wanted to retain the Eastern feel to the image and was lucky enough to find that restaurant on google....
