How so you find out Shutter counts on a D200?

I saw that thread and it got me curious...
The number of shutter actuations is stored in the Exif data of every photo of most Nikon cameras.

What Menu is Exif Data in?
The Exif data with the shutter actuations that you want is in each photo and only readable on your computer using your favorite Exif viewer.

okay...what is an Exif viewer, and how do I check it out?

AS said in post 2 Opanda iexif download from here:-

http://www.opanda.com/en/iexif/

take a jpeg photo and look at the exif properties using Opanda, down near the bottom of the list you will see Total Shutter Actuations and a number and that's it. It works with Windows but not with a Mac, for that you will need this:-

I can't get any of these to show the actuations on my mac or windows.
