The solution is always simple. Getting there is the hard part.

Strange you should say that - I bought it for it's high ISO performance and image quality for team photos.
Low ISO and shadow quality never entered into the equation and still doesn't. I couldn't be happier with it. Even use it for sport sometimes.
Banding? What's that - I guess I don't shoot shadows.
