The previous excellence thread got off to a good start but by the time I returned it was out of hand and out of focus. The purpose was to gather together a series of images from a number of individuals for perusal by those interested in the capability of the camera. My preference is always to see the best that a given device can produce rather than its worst. That gives me a frame of reference of the kind which encourages my best efforts.
This time around I will be very specific:
1) RAW shots with Fuji HS10 only. Adapters and filters are ok of course - with a brief note of the relevant details.
2) ONE shot per post and no more than 5 photos (posts) from any one individual.
3) Since they are RAW shots, please give a brief description of how the final result was achieved (software, adjustments, filters, etc.).
4) Give a brief description of the shot (time, location, subject description) and how you arrived at your composition - briefly of course.
5) Please: NO posts other than the photos. Pictures by their nature speak for themselves (at least 1000 words according to some) and in my view casual comments detract from the images as well as bloat the thread.
I saw so many excellent photos that never made it into the last thread. Anyone interested in the HS10 needs more and more of the best shots that can be shared so they can determine if the camera suits their needs.
Don't be shy about posting a photo regardless of your experience level.

ps - Absolutely no juvenile nonsense. You have private messaging and your own threads for that.
