Please read ALL the rules for voting (shown below) prior to placing your vote
  • RULES FOR VOTING:
1. To vote, members should perform a "follow-up (reply)" on this
main post. That is: "Challenge 3 - VOTING - Divergence.

2. Each member can use up to three votes. Each member can
distribute these three votes in which ever way they wish. For
example, a member might want to distribute one vote each to three
different photos of equal liking, place all three votes onto one
photo, or place two votes on one photo and one on another.

3. The title (subject) of the "follow-up (reply)" message MUST
CONTAIN THE NAME (NICKNAME) OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE PHOTO YOU
WISH TO ALLOCATE YOUR VOTES. For example, if you would like to vote
for three different pictures, place all three names in the title
(subject). If you would like to place two votes for one picture and
one vote for another, then you would place "JOHN x 2, SMITH" in the
titile (subject).

4. Absolutely no follow-ups/replies containing comments/suggestions
should be made in this post ""Challenge 3 - VOTING - Divergence".

If you wish to add some comments on the reason behind your votes,
please put it in the "Message" area of your voting thread. The
"Subject" area of the voting thread should ALWAYS contain the
name/s of your votes.

5. Members cannot vote for their own photo!

6. Votes received before or after the voting period will not be
counted.

If I have missed anything out, please let me know.

Good luck everyone!

There was so many good shot's... I had it narrrowed down to 6 and could have flipped a coin to reduce that list to 3.
I still think we need more votes...

Ended up choosing based on seeing the full range of black to white tones, excellent exposure, excellent composition, and with a good dollop of creativity thrown in. Nice work by everyone who entered!

I voted for these 3 because they are fantastic photos and all three touched me in different ways.

Well done!

For some reason I didn't see the flag. Yeap it makes a difference to have a title along... But oh well those guys are working hard already, I would hate to ask them to do extra typing on the Challenges. Great shot BTW... yes indead knowing makes a difference... :-)
