What does it look like on the adapter from Berie?
What kind of case do you use?
Thank you

This is the case I use, it fits my Coolpix 5700 with both adapters
on (Bernies & Chungs),
and the SB-30 (in its case)

P.S. Chung it was in the mail today (Wow that was fast)
I'm more than pleased, it fits right on the adapter I bought from bernie.
This is a heavy duty ring,
I am using the 72mm filters and lens cap that came with the WC-E3ED 3X
They fit perfectly, saves me from buying another size filter and cap.

Hi Thomas

I know you said the variable looks better than the UR-E8 with Chung adapter but weight wise wouldn't the Nikon UR-E8 be better?

It can't be to that much heavier,
I don't think it's going to be a weight issue.

Just money, if you have the UR-E8 fine.

... (It's about 1/3 cost of Bernies) ...

I sent the adaptor to you.

But, you didn't even send an email to me after receiving.

And then, post here!

I already said about payment in another reply.

But, you didn't even sent an email to me.

I get another people email and payment already, but I didn't get
any email from you.

Should I begging you for the money of adaptor?

I really don't want to post this kind of personal stuff in the forum,
but I have no other way because you don't answer me anything.

Sorry, for other people..

But why would someone buy Bernie's adapter to use with Chung's adapter since it costs $40.00 more than the UR-E8? Also, with Chung's adapter the variable feature is no longer necessary. In other words Bernie's variable is all you had before getting Chung's adapter. I think this clarification is in order.
Hi all,
I received (Free in advance) Chungs adapter today,
And it works perfect with Bernie’s variable adapter even looks way
better than with the UR-E8.

I got the 50-72 mm from Chung yesterday. Works like charm. I use it with UR-E8 since I already have one, and a 72 mm UV filter. I also have Bernie's variable, but I am gonna keep it. Here's why:
  • 50-72 mm is great, no need to adjust the length of the adapter like Bernie's. But, when I stack a circ-polarizer after the UV, I get vignetting, unless I use the polarizer only (I haven't tried the other way around, polarizer first and the uv, and I haven't tried other type of filters).
  • I already have cokin type-A filter set, with max ring size is 62 mm (bigger than that, eg. 72 mm, means that I have to use the more expensive type-P). This is when I'm gonna use Bernie's variable adapter.

I don’t recall setting a time limit to how long before payment is past due.
I think it is obvious that I intend to pay.

I had just only received the adapter hours before your rude post, accusing me of trying to get out of paying you,

If you read what I wrote you would see, that asking me for money on this forum is not the answer.

(My email works)
Your check is in the mail
