If you want it on your screen I do not know of anything that can do it.

If your looking to print and you have an Ink Jet printer then Pictorico's Photo Gallery White film has a close resembalance.

The only other thing you can do is go to a local printer but it will cost you a bundle for one shot.

will get you moving in the right direction. If you couple this action with a layer that is processed with Neat Image or Mediachances cleaner, you can achieve some outstanding results very fast.

There are literally 1000's of tutorials on how to accomplish this but the vast majority are lengthy and overdone. The simplest way is to copy to a new layer, apply a blurring or smoothing technique to that layer, and then erase away the areas that you don't want blurred.

I'm sure this has been discused before but can anyone point me in
the right direction on how to smooth out skin tones to get that
glossy magazine look.
