I used GGS screen protector for my HS10 it's made from super thin glass - this one of the best screen protector ever made
Thats what I have on my HS10, the Canon 40D/50D model is an exact fit viewable screen wise, but the blacked out frame is just a little bigger along the lower edge, nothing to worry about though!
Easy to fit, no bubbles, and looks as clear as if there was nothing there!

Dave

I'll have to try this GGS screen protector. I've already purchased two, not knowing each time that it was one of those universal screen protectors that you have to cut to shape. They are very poor quality, no matter how smoothly you put it on the screen it still has air bubbles in it and the edges are very rough from cutting to shape.

I've used some of these 'cut to size' film screen protectors on various cameras and other devices and found that careful cutting using a very sharp craft knife eliminates the 'rough edges'. Also applying a little condensation to the screen by, for example, breathing on it (it needs to be cold for this to work) immediately before applying the film ensures there are no air bubbles.

Hi all,

For some time now i've been looking for a good, no, great antiglare for my PND (navi).

Till now not been able to find a good one. Either the dimensions are wrong or it was just a bit of poor plastic film restricting the touch screen.

Dimensions are 74x56 mm with square corners.

Any idea's?

Greets.
Fotonut.
