Changing of the guard is a 'must' when visiting London, so we went, after the ceremony was finishes we suddenly saw the palace was active, and that there was some sort of reception or ceremony, this is what one has to wear to see the queen:

some interesting head gear :)

a family outing

kissing goodbye

and leaving in appropriate transportation

riding in the rain :)

And there were those who were not invited :(

but were not alone

These things are real :)

Yours are fine shots, so thanks for posting.. :-)

However, please be aware that here in UK, "Guests of Her Majesty" is a well known euphemistic term referring to INMATES of the PRISON SYSTEM !! ("guests"... geddit?)

Just thought you should know... ;-) [ha ha!]

Please enjoy the rest of your stay!
And keep the pictures comng!

Well, I'll see your Cher, and your Streisand... and I'll raise you an Alice Babs!

Changing of the guard is a 'must' when visiting London . . . .
Dov, the face in the grey hat is a superb example of the advantages of a compact superzoom!

A really enjoyable set of photos! Thanks for sharing those.

fine piece of upper crust London society.

Dov, I think you peeked uninvited into the class system in British society, which of course no longer exists. Very fine observant shots.

Greaty jopb on these Dov. You've certainly developed your own style and I mean that in the most complimentary of ways! The photo of you and your adorable son is my favorite though! :-)

I was just passing through the Panny forum and thought there's my old mate Dov, lets see what he's up to. Great set, you're still up there with the best when it comes to facial expression gathering.

Good work as usual Dov. I loved the expressions on the faces of the women in #'s 3 and 7 and that was a wonderful portrait of you and your son. I can tell the affection he has for his dad.

The self portrait was held at arm's length wit the LX3, we have a great relationship, for which I'm very thankful.
