Amazing shots...I love those speed bikes, great detail and panning. Unbelievable how much power they develop. Based on your shots, some of them are propelling in top gear :)

how do you like that Sigma lens ? i am considering to get something fast and bit longer to complement my Tamron 28-75 and obviously my 1st thought was its cousin Tamron 70-200 but now i owe k-7 with its quite shutter and would like to possibly get something to keep it the entire combo that way. Any thoughts then ?

Once again, proof that Pentax cameras are capable of excellent photography when the photographer has the skills and talent to use it ... and with an "old" pentax model like the K10D! These pics say some good things about the Sigma 70-200 too.

Srinirs: thanks

Kmac1036: AF was on manual and apertures was about 6 a 7 speed about 1/160 of a second

Broda: The Sigma is a great lens only at f2.8 my K10d is too slow to keep up. I had some issues with the HSM mechanism but Sigma Benelux offers great service. The Sigma is a bit soft at 200mm at 2.8 but at 3.5 it’s already much better.

Janneman02: you are right, it was super to be there, so close to the cyclists, they have to work much harder than the soccer players and earn a lot less

Aplucini: thanks

300Bee: maybe the sponsor ?????
