Hi Folks;

I need some help with a special project. I have a friend who's wife's husband passed away about two and a half years ago, this guy was a super military person, fact is he was the number two enlisted man in the US Navy, and spent time on covert operations on a nuclear submarine. His name was Kenneth LeBlanc with a title of Master Chief in Nuclear Propulsion, I think that may have been Super Master Chief, he was one of a kind.

Master Chief Leblanc's wife and friends spread his ashes under this 218 year old Live Oak located in Audubon Park, this is located in New Orleans, Louisiana. It's been requested to have a rainbow placed over the tree where his ashes are spread, frankly I would like to turn you folks loose to do your thing and come with your own enhancements, he was a great Navy man so take a que from that. I would like to see some rainbow effects, "sorry I don't have any rainbow shots I can lay hands on to post. I saw what a job you guys did with the Old Elm tree called Herbie, I know you'll come with something. Lets show some respects to a great military man along with his family and friends.

Does this remind you of yellow ribbons and The Old Oak Tree, I find myself humming the tune.

Thanks a bunch.

James

First - thank you for your kind comments... Second, since he was a Navy man, i was thinking of a photoshop transplanting the tree to a waterfront with navy ships in BG and a rainbow overhead, but I was not sure if you want to move the tree location... if it is OK to move the tree than many more different variations are possible !!!

I also decided to give this one a try because of the background you posted. Sounds like a great man, it takes courage to work on a submarine!

The waterfront thing is a great idea, I want all you folks to just be your normal creative selves, I'm sure the family and friends would appreciate anything the would be a tribute to the find gentleman.

Yeah you got that right, I fought Viet Nam but I just don't think I could handle a submarine, thanks to the Master Chief.
