Great shot! Whether a slight crop to lose some of the out of focus leaves at the bottom would work I can't make up my mind about.

I like sun shining through leaves too. It brings out such interesting details including spiders' webs.

Here's one of mine where the veins seem to glow like red hot coals.

Looks great Little bit like a dinosaur and verry deep for such a filigrie plant.

may be that some more oof leafes could improofe here I will try it.

Although I think the uncropped picture has more atmosphere due to the darker foliage on the right, the picture you originally posted looks more interesting for all the reasons that you gave.

Sometimes cropping adds interest sometimes it takes away something. Here your original crop adds and takes away! Always interesting playing around like that, don't you think?
