There's is a fox den near my home. The mother has produced litters for the last three years at least. This year there are six little ones - I think. I've been photographing them for the last three weeks. The light is quite bad, but I use a four inch diameter Oak tree to brace my Bigma (Sigma 50-500mm f4-6.3mm DG EX APO) against. I have to use it wide open, so many shots are a little soft.

Question: What do you do all week?
Answer: Mon to Fri. Nothing, Sat & Sun I rest!

Wow, they are fuzzy little critters. I like the one with the leaf on his head. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers

Yah, these photos aren't sharp much ...
Low light (difficult AF), slow shutter, wide open lens & moving subjects = not sharp ;-) But, fun to photograph.

Thanks for the comments.

They are definitely growing up. These were taken with a shorter lens - Minolta 75-300mm f4.5-5.6 (Big Beercan). It was overcast and I thought the extra 1/2 stop might help a bit. Still soft, but wide open, very slow shutters. This lens isn't know for its sharpness wide open either :(

Yah, I know it :) Sometimes the photos which we took aren't "great", but we still love them, since they capture the beautiful times that we love ;-)
