You've described Waiz Hessa as 'he' and 'him' so I can only conclude that it is an actual person and not the name of a business that is selling the D700 for $700

Where did you see the camera advertised for sale? Ebay? newspaper? on line classifieds?

Are you actually writing to determine if anyone in England knows him or can make a character judgement on Waiz Hessa?

Could you please clarify?

A quick google of 'waiz hessa' reveals a number of ads which appear in several online classified sites. In one advertising various cellphones it states:

Although one ad gives an address in Kent another gives a city in Brunei. The same ads also offer a D3 for $1200!

I will go out on a limb and suggest this may be a high risk buying situation.

A slow Google discloses a lot of different ads, all in free advertising sites, origin given as Kent, London, Dubai, AbuDabi, bank is in Russian.

So my thoughtwasl that some Nikophile had PROVEN him a fake.

So far just as much smoke from responses here as from Waiz Hessa.
