Hi Mikey,
Has anyone else noticed the "owner opinions" on the Cannon G3
posted on this web site? This just seems silly to me considering
that no one really owns a G3 yet -- nor has anyone seen pictures
from a production camera. There's even one "owner" who gives the
camera straight one stars.
funny!
I've been reading with amusement all these forums posts speculating
that the G3 is a piece of garbage. I guess people are just bored,
because once the camera finally hits the stores all of of this
hearsay will be completely irrelavent.
Some people are bored because they yet understand that 90% of a great pic is behind the camera - no piece of hardware will help them ...
For those who are offended
by tolls posting their thoughts, do what we were taught back in
grade school about pests: ignore them and they will go away.
Yep, I agree. Trolling is really a shameless activity. It is destructive and helps nobody. I am glad that at CTF we never had a troll (Huuufh!) , but just in case they appear in a near future, this is the tipical profile of one:
-They will take advantage of someone new posting a problem or question and they will imediately reply with their "template of troll message" - A simple copy and past of their previous bashing posts.
-They will be easily spoted since in adition to their copy/past bashing, they will add their personal jokes such as "piece of junk" or "worse than a disposable", putting to ground the credibility of the post (that is a terrible mistake they will do! - shhhhh...!)
-They will NEVER help anybody. They just won´t care to take a minute to answer and help new users. Even if they wanted they couldn´t - Their brain tissue is "negatively induced".
-After a long time of troll posting, they will risk really believing on what they say, loosing contact with reality - that is dangerous and can lead to unrecovered brain damage. We should help them just in the beggining of trolling.
-Tipical trolls will just post once and go away. The professional troll goes and comes again - these ones will be very rare.
-They will rarely or never post pics. They don´t want to get exposed and they are faceless.
Regards,
