Lightest full frame lens, wider than 20mm, for Canon EOS?

Hmm...if you had said 21mm...I would have said the Voigtlander 20mm Color Skopar. But wider than 20....that's tough.

Not incredibly small, or light. But smaller and lighter than the Canon 14mm L.

...and the 28mm is wider than the 20mm that the OP asked about ?

... then probably the Olympus OM 18mm f3.5 with adapter would be the smallest and lightest. Manual focus and stopped-down metering though I'm afraid.

there also is a new Samyang 2.8/14mm fullframe lens, at least 5x cheaper than the Canon version and with 550 grams a bit lighter as well. I don't think it will compete optically, but stopped down it seems to be good value for the price; so maybe it is an interesting option.

If you don't mind manual focus you might try the Zenitar 16mm f/2.8 fisheye. Small and light.

yes, it is - but that is not a real issue for most wideangle work. The Canon TS lenses are MF as well and they have longer fl, so more critical focusing ...

Either the 17-40 or the sigma 20mm 1.8
