Will Sony surprise us ( positively ) at PMA...?

In a few days, Sony will shock the Camera world.

Just be patient................

Interestingly, he has been posting fairly frequently since August, on six to ten other forums, including often on a Canon forum, but not Sony. Of course he has left us anything but patient

David Kilpatrick said that he has been invited to a Sony press conference & afterwards to the Sony booths, but sometimes he has been invited to the P&S announcements, not the dslr. He didn't complain about that possibility this time, however.

I heard from a reliable source , Sony Alpha will release a new camera at the PMA California 21-23 February 2010. But no pro camera.

By analyse and inquire into all the past month rumours, I think the following pad could be real :
  • mirrorless camera can be reveal / announced / with Pellicle Mirror? release = soon
  • DSLR A650 = not A700 replacement, with Pellicle Mirror but No Video = just experimental camera for the next full A700 replacement camera with video? and that's the point about this, IF TRUE, are you willing to be part of this experimental rabbit role? and buy the last Sony DSLR without video? and serve / be used as a guinea pig for this new thechnology? new technology is alway's bringing many risks, so what do you think about this line of thought?

Yes, well other new toy's are indeed coming up, I wonder what Sony can do to all the threat's coming from other brands, such as :
  • Nikon D90 successor = D95 ?
  • Canon 50D successor = 60D ?
  • Olympus E3 successor = E5 ?
  • Pentax K-x, K-m, K7 = maybe one?
  • Sony, we all hope = A650?
