Hi Kerry

Having looked at your portfolio - excellent work by the way - I would say the PhaseOne H20.

However, if you do a lot more studio work than you portfolio suggests then the Sinar 44 or their new 54 system will suit you better.

The multi 4 and 16 shot modes will give you sharper images; however, it can be a pain to work with.

On the printed page, double page spread, you will be very hard pushed to see the difference - my opinion from what I've seen.

We used to have a multi shot system as well as a single shot, we how use the H20 for everything. It's not perfect; however, we find it simple and fast to use, both in and out of the studio. The results on the printed page are first class, possibly better than your are getting a present from 67 tranie film.

The Imacon 44 is another one worth looking at, like the Sinar it is both multi shot and single shot.... great for studio work.

The 4 shot file will get you close to 5x4 quality, the 16 shot will equal or better 10x8 - I'm told.

I shoot with a Mamiya RZ. Anyone have any thoughts on the best
digital setup for medium format?

I've had my Kodak 645M Proback for a couple of weeks now. It is a pleasure to use. I know it may not be quite as sharp as the H20, but the joy comes from being totally free and untethered. After several years of using a tethered Leaf back, I'm I thrilled.
